01 - GUARANTEE

Your TIMEMATE is warranted for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase and covers mechanical and manufacturing defects. The movement, dial and hands are the only components covered under this warranty. If any of these components show mechanical or manufacturing defects within the warranty period your watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge. A proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

Battery, case, glass, strap, bracelet or buckle
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling, lack of care or, accidents

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by unauthorized repair service, accidents, lack of care or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not available.

In case of replacement we unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model. If your model is not available we will provide a TIMEMATE of equal value and similar design.

Please send your watch together with the proof of purchase and the corresponding problem description to:

We recommend to return your TIME MATE as insured parcel and to make sure that it is safely packed for transportation, as we assume no liability for damage during transport or loss.
